Sweetest, hard worker I’ve met in this town so far. From the moment he came to give me the estimate, he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. We had a couple of estimates done and he was the only one to mention the tree had been hit by lightning. He emailed me the quote on the spot- along with his insurance [certificate], which was great so I didn’t have to chase him for it. He was punctual and worked very hard. Was very cautious about his surrounding and very precise about where the limbs were landing. They were well equiped, shredded all tree limbs, and cleaned all the surrounding with blower as well. “I am a Community Manager in Lake County. Prior to hurricane Milton, I had walked through our association with Kat to get a bid on some trees that needed removal. After the storm, of course, everything went sideways literally. Kat was prompt and honest about needing to push back the scheduled service for about a week (which could wait as none of those trees fell in Milton). I understood the situation as vendors need to prioritize urgent issues for their customers. He was in my community the day after the storm at a homeowner's house addressing a much more pressing concern than the ones on our schedule. But on a follow up call, I discussed the trees that were potential hazards to the community, as I was reaching out to several vendors for any sort of answer, Kat came out looked at the situation and had us on the calendar in 48 hours. While he usually has a team, he came out himself as they were servicing the other engagements. He fell three 20-year oaks, cut them down and cleared our streets in record time. His methods were safe and his quotes were EXTREMELY cost-effective. He was a pleasure to work with and I will be recommending his services to my fellow CAMs, however, I would recommend his services to anyone looking for competent, cost-effective and simply stellar tree removal service.
